Lauryn Hill will be sentenced on May 6, unless her attorney can get the award-winning singer even more time. She is hoping she can raise the almost $1 million before then. She is working hard to get that debt paid off before she is forced to go to prison. Lauryn Hill is currently taking out loans and trying to get a new recording deal with Sony to pay off the IRS.
